1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Onco Group Limited trading as Trunki,
and Fruit-tella UK Ltd’s (the “Promoter”)
2. The promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 who are residents of the
UK, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. This
promotion is not open to any employees and agents of the Promoter.
3. Entries received after 20.12.2024 will not be accepted.
4. Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter, and no purchase is
necessary.
5. You must have read the rules thoroughly to enter the free prize draw.
6. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any entries that are lost or
delayed for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage, if
deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its
control.
9. The winners will be drawn by using a computer process that produces
verifiably random results after the closing date of 20.12.2024. The 5 prize
winners will receive: 1x Trunki of their choice with 8x bags of Fruit-tella
Jellies sweets. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash
alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with
an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The
Promoter control makes it necessary to do so. No cash alternative to prizes
will be offered. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
10. The winners will be notified through a comment on the competition post and a
direct message requesting the necessary details for dispatching the gift box.
Please note, communications will only be made through our official page.
Kindly ensure that the account contacting you is authentic to avoid fraudulent
interactions.
11. The entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in
transmission.
12. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or
software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or
misdirected entries.
13. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their
prize.
14. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with
your entry may be held and used by The Promoter or its agents and suppliers
to administer the competition.
15. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any
third-party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this prize
draw.
16. The winners must acknowledge their win and respond within 7 days of being
notified, otherwise they may forfeit their prize.
17. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be
accepted.
18. Entry into the competition authorises Trunki to contact you, and publish your
name via social media should you be the winner.
19. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Meta.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in
accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all
injunctive or ancillary relief actions. The Promoter reserves the right to update
these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be
effective as soon as it is published.
